Payment Policy

• PROMA USA does not collect immediate payment at the time of order placing, PROMA creates invoice with all shipping charges includes after weight / dimension of you package and then emails you the exact amount invoice to your registered email address.
• PROMA USA collects payment by asking your card information by email or on call, PROMA ISA does not save your payment card information online but keeps it saved on physical file for future use 
• PROMA USA does not charges any tax / fee separately at the time of payment, A card charging fee 3.49%  OR (if any) can be charged you from bank authorities upon charging your card
