2. A gym (or you are an instructor)
3. A retail store

Custom embroidered / Screen printed. They are affordable, and show off your School / Gym logo or design with style. Our professional embroidery / silk printing process lets you buy your desired precuts without an expensive setup fee. We have over 15 years experience producing Professional martial arts products, Complete line of Martial Arts .MMA. Boxing .BJJ etc. and other so you can be assured that your project will be done right!
Payment:
Bank Fee or Card Processing Fee of 4% will be charged on total Invoice.
No Customization will be done without Full Payment

Embroidery setup and pricing.

One time setup charges are $75
Left Chest 3"- 4" @ $13 per logo
Back of the uniform around 9" @ $20 per logo
Minimum Qty 6 with one logo otherwise $10 charges per order
Minimum Qty 4 with two logos otherwise $10 charges per order
once the order is placed it can not be cancalled, there is no return or exchange on customized products

Patches

One time setup charges for patches are $75 and minimum quantity is 100 pieces, if you order minimum 200 patches then setup charges will be waived.Below are the approximate prices for 3 color logo

Silk Screen setup and pricing.

One time set up charges $35.00 per screen.
Silk Printing minimum quantity is 12 (pcs) with the same color and logo size. Less than 12 (pcs) with the same color and logo size PROMA will apply a $10 fee !

We only accept logos in the following formats EPS, CDR PDF and Adobe illustrator Files , these files must be editable . Logos received in any other format will occur additional $25 and up depend on design as re-designing charges, In the full color editable logo, $25 would be charged against color separation

T-Shirts and uniforms stanadard size for back 11.5" and front left chest 3.5" unless specify

All Equipments . Bags. $1.00 for each print only 1 color.
Any Printing on wrist of gloves $2
Any Printing on sleeves of any apparels / uniform tops / $1.5
Any Printing on Gi / Uniform Sleeves $1.5
Any Printing on Gi / Uniform Pant $1.5
Any Printing on Gi / Uniform Top $1 (Front OR Back)

All shields and big items $4.00 for each print. only 1 color

Karate uniforms . pants $1.50 for each print and each color up to 4 colors

BJJ-Rash Guards . MMA Shorts $2.00 for each print and each color.

T-shirts Basic shirts Gildan-Next level and few more brands Available . $1.00 each color.

All printing orders required Min 12 for each color or logo size . less then 12 will be fee$10.00 each set up.

with same size of logo and print color can be mix up size and different Items .

All equipments will have single color logo. Logo area would be 2” to 7” depends on available area on equipment.

E.G. Bags will have around 7” logo

All boxing gloves will have 3 inches & MMA Gloves will have 2 inches logo

Logo printing facility is for wholesale customers, retailers are welcome to contact us by emailing or calling us for the logo to be printed on their orders!

If you do not use your screen for more than 6 month The screen will no longer be usable and then we need to make new screen to use for your orders that will cost $25 with discounts for each setup!

For Custom orders customers need to pay atleast half of the amount upfront and if for any reason they decide to cancel their order then promausa reserves a legal right to take any legal actions and sell customized products to cover the balance payment or losses
Please understand that the silkscreening is done manually so it does not always turn out perfectly

if you want a perfection then you need to order directly with the factory and those orders typically arrive in about 2 months

especially judo and brazillian jiu jitsu uniforms its hard to print on those

We suggest that you order one or two and make sure you like them before you place larger order

Sublimation

Sublimation $5 for 7" logo $6 for 9" logo $3 for 3.5" logo one time setup charges are $35, there is no limitation on colors, sublimation can be done mainly on bright colors like white and grey, minimum order has to be 12

Sublimation for rash guards or MMA Shorts Price depend on logo. and size. one time setup charges are $75, there is no limitation on colors, min 25pcs can mix up different size.

Embriodery on Karate or BJJ Belts will be Belt Price+ $5 for One Line Embriodery

2 Line Embriodery $10

3 Line Embriodery $15

4 Line Embriodery $20

Printed / Embroidered products can not be returned or Exchange
Any problem in order with products , printing or embroidery should be informed to Proma within 30 days (from date of shipping) otherwise Proma will not be responsible for any claims.
